Refund Policy (AKA We're Not Monsters)

We want you to actually love what you ordered. If something's wrong, we'll fix it.

We offer refunds for:

• We sent you the wrong thing (our bad)
• Your item arrived damaged or defective (also our bad)

The fine print: You've got 30 days from your purchase date to let us know something's off.

How to get help: Email us at kindchaosco@outlook.com with your order number and what happened. No novel required—just the basics so we can make it right.

Care instructions matter: Follow the washing instructions that come with your order. We can't refund shirts you accidentally turned into crop tops in a hot dryer. (We've all been there, but that one's on you.)
